S Warping the meta on day one
Magik Magik The one name on every beta list. Disc mix-ups nobody consistently blocked all weekend. Black Panther Black Panther ArbiterSkyward's top pick: surgical punishes and pressure that creates its own openings. Spider-Man Spider-Man Best movement in the game; converts touches from angles others cannot take. Storm Storm K7 top-three. Full-screen control with real burst; technical, but the payoff showed.

C Underrated or under-explored. Watch this space
Green Goblin Green Goblin Glider zoning looked fragile in beta; likely better than week-one results show. Hulk Hulk Armor reads win lobbies and lose tournaments, until someone proves otherwise. Danger Danger The setup ceiling is obviously high; nobody had the reps by launch. Loki Loki Almost certainly better than anyone can demonstrate yet.
